Artwork, Coasters,Serving Trays, Wine Stoppers, Ring Holders, Business Card Holders & Geode Art Under the following conditions listed below.
  • Upon presentation of photographic evidence
  • Needs to be returned in original packaging
  • The return shipping costs are the responsibility of the Customer
  • Within 7 days after receiving the order
  • Once order is shipped it is no longer SebastianrobertsII responsibility if damage has occurred during shipping. To secure your purchase in case of damage during the shipping process we strongly suggest purchasing insurance which is usually a small fee offered automatically when your selecting your form if shipment.

Custom and/or Commissioned Pieces

Custom pieces are non-refundable and is addressed at time of order. We work closely with our clients to insure the upmost customer support during the process. We are in continuous contact working closely to reach the desire they are wanting.
